We usually ship via the U.S. Postal Service, Fedex, or UPS depending on your address and the size and weight of the item. The majority of orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number after your item ships. Because we are located on the West Coast, items shipped to the East Coast tend to take longer to arrive. To ensure items get to you quickly, safely, and securely, we reserve the right to: - Combine multiple orders into a single package, split an order into multiple shipments that ship from different warehouses - Use the carrier of our choice - Send items signature required - Contact you to verify your shipping address - Charge shipping and a restocking fee for any order that is returned to us as refused or undeliverable.
30-Day Return Policy PLEASE NOTE: We're confident of the products we offer, but we recognize that it can be difficult to ensure an accurate fit, size and color when purchasing apparel online. If you do not like the size, color, fit, or are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, you can send back most new, unused product within 30 days for a refund. (Please see the list of non-returnable items, below.) All returns must be in new, unworn, condition, in their original packaging, with the original tags. Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for a refund or may be assessed a restocking fee. If you believe your item is defective, was damaged during shipment, or that there was an error in your order, please send details to us at email@example.com so that we can assist you.
How to make a Return Step 1: Send us an email requesting a return authorization that includes the reason for the return. Step 2: We will respond to that email with return instructions. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number. The cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. Step 3: Allow 2 to 4 days after receipt for your return to be processed.
Restocking Fee: We do not normally assess a restocking fee for items purchased from us. However, if you fail to follow our returns policy, we reserve the right to provide only a partial refund or, in extreme cases, the refund may be denied.
Shipping Fees: Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not refundable. If your item was purchased under a free shipping promotion, your refund will be minus the shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items For the safety of our customers, to comply with local laws, and to ensure the reliability of our products, the following items are NOT returnable: - Underwear, including long underwear. First aid kits, medical supplies such as QuikClot - Insect repellents - Aerosol sprays, including pepper spray - Items that have been worn, laundered, altered, damaged, or show signs of use - Shoes, boot and other footwear that has been worn outside - Food products, including MREs - Any health and beauty product, including camouflage make up - Any item that touches the mouth, such as mouth-blown game calls - Gas masks, filters and related items.
